If you want to be to be on the beach and
be close to town, then then the Xaman-Ha condominiums are for you.
Ranging in size from 1 to 3 bedrooms, these Playa del Carmen condos
are all fully air conditioned, have views of the sea, and offer
you access to a huge freshwater pool situated right next to the
beach. A short stroll away is town and the ferry to Cozumel.
In each room a breakfast bar separates the
full kitchen from the living and dining area. Each Xaman-Ha condo
has a balcony, cable TV, and air conditioning. Most 1 BR units
have 1 king sized bed and 1 bath. They sleep 2. Most 2 BR units
have 2 bathrooms,1 king-sized bed, 2 twin beds, and 2 couches.
However, because each unit is privately owned, bedding is not
standardized. Rates are based on 2 guests including children per
bedroom. An additional guest can be added in each unit at a surcharge.
