Xtacay (pronounced Shtah-kai) is the crown
jewel of the vacation rental homes in the private gated community
of Playacar in Playa del Carmen. From it's lovely landscaped grotto
with 2 pools, one cascading via a waterfall into the other, to its
spacious interiors, this is a Playa del Carmen property in Playacar
where attention has been lavished on every detail. Xtacay is a 2-story
structure. On the upper floor of this property are 2 of the bedrooms,
including the master bedroom, kitchen,dining room and 1st living
room. From the upstairs balcony you enjoy a splendid view that encompasses
the Caribbean and surrounding lush vegetation. The master bedroom
has a king sized bed and the second bedroom holds a double and a
twin sized bed.
On the ground floor are an office space, (if
you need to catch up on some work during your vacation) the 3rd
and 4th bedrooms and the 2nd living room with view of the grotto
and pool. On the deck you will find the barbecue grill. Each of
the bedrooms on the ground floor hold 2 twin beds. The Playa del
Carmen beach is only a short 1 block stroll away on a private
road. There is allowed a maximum of 2 guests including children
per bedroom. For an additional charge of $25.00 per night 1 additional
guest can be added.
