Playacar vacation home is located in the tropical garden setting
of Playacar II. Playacar II is a an exclusive private gated community
located in Playa del Carmen adjacent to the beachfront community
of Playacar 1. Villa Sol y Luna itself is located on a cul-de-sac
so you will enjoy an exceptional measure of privacy. The house has
its own freshwater pool and is fully air conditioned with central
air-conditioning. A screen of tropical trees separates your home
from one of the world's most beautiful golf courses. These trees
daily play host to an exotic and brilliant array of tropical birds.
The glorious white sand beach lies about 800 yards away - a short
drive or a lovely stroll through the vast tropical garden that is
Playacar II. The town is the same distance and the ferry to Cozumel
only slightly further. On the ground floor of this lovely home you
will find the kitchen, living room, dining room, and one bedroom
with a full bathroom with shower.
The living room/dining room offers you and
video monitor with VCR, Stereo, CD player, two sofas, two chairs,
carved wood dining table for eight, ceramic tile floors throughout,
snack bar for four and a view of the lovely gardens
The kitchen comes fully equipped with refrigerator,
stove and oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, coffee maker,
blender, juicer, dishwasher, service for eight and all cooking
utensils, clothes washer and dryer.
All bedrooms come with a queen size bed and
their own full bath including shower. One bedroom is downstairs.
The master bedroom and second bedroom are located upstairs. The
master bedroom's bathroom also has a tub and twin sinks. Off the
master bedroom is a terrace with view of the pool, trees and golf
course. There are also 2 air mattresses and 2 sofas (not sofa
beds) in the living room.
On the grounds in his own separate apartment
lives Jorge the caretaker. There is also daily maid service. The
house manager is an American, Teresa, who speaks fluent English.
She will be glad to assist you in arranging tours, transportation,
shopping and whatever information you may need.
This villa is a smoke free home. Smoking allowed
outside villa only.
