Stavola's Villa #1 is vacation rental
house on the beach in the gated Playacar community of Playa del
Carmen. It is located right on the beach and stands on the north
end of the property shared with Stavola's
Villa # 2 located on the south end of the property and is
near to the 4 BR Casa Walton. So
large groups can be accommodated.
The living room, master bedroom and kitchen
all enjoy a panoramic view of the sea. the kitchen is fully equipped
and has an adjoining room with a barbecue grill. All of the bedrooms
are air-conditioned. The master bedroom has a king sized bed;
there is also a king bed in the second bedroom and third bedroom
has 2 twin beds.
For all reservations there is a maximum of
2 guests including children allowed per bedroom. For an additional
$25 per day charge, a cot can be brought in for 1 extra guest.
If the two Stavola's villas aren't large enough
to accommodate all the members of your party, you can also rent
the nearby 4 bedroom Casa Walton.
