This lovely 2 story home in the secluded
gated community of Playacar I in Playa del Carmen has 2 separate
levels, each with its own complete living facilities including separate
kitchens and separate entrances. The second and third photos
down are of the interior of the upstairs 1 bedroom unit. The rest
of the photos below them are of the interior of the 2 bedroom unit.
The entire home is cooled with ceiling fans. Both levels have separate
washers and dryers. You can rent the whole house or just one level.
The stylish living room in the 2 bedroom residence
can comfortably accommodate everybody in both levels. The master
bedroom has a king-sized bed and its own bathroom. The second
bedroom has 2 twin beds. The kitchen is fully furnished and very
spacious.
The two bedroom unit can accomodate 4 guests
and the one bedroom unit 2 guests. For an additional $25 per day
charge, a cot can be brought into either unit for 1 extra guest.
The upstairs unit is something of a cross
between a 1 bedroom unit and a studio. Depending on the vegetation,
you can get glimpses of the sea from here. The bed area is in
a raised portion of the apartment that is separate form the spacious
living room and kitchen areas. The bed is queen sized.
