Casa Walton, a lovely 4 BR/ 4BA seaview rental vacation villa with a semi-curved pool in the Playacar community of Playa del Carmen is on its own large property located just across the street from the beach. From the living room and 2 of the 3 downstairs bedrooms of Casa Walton you can enjoy a lovely view of the beach and grounds abutting on Playa del Carmen's Playacar community. The living room, dining room, kitchen and 3 of the bedrooms are located on the ground floor.

The master bedroom on this level has a king size bed and the two other bedrooms each have a queen size bed. These 3 bedrooms are air-conditioned. On a long patio at the back of the house you will find the lovely tiled pool and view of Playa del Carmen's own Caribbean beach. Upstairs is the 4th bedroom is a kind of mezzanine or balcony overlooking the living room/dining room. It has a 2 sets of twin bunk beds. This bedroom also has air-conditioning. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. This home can accommodate 2 guests per bedroom. Two additional guests may be added for $25.00 per night per guest for a maximum of 10 guests. For larger groups you can also rent the nearby 3 bedroom Casa del Sol Naciente, the 3 bedroom Stavola's Villa #1, and the 1 bedroom Stavola's Villa # 2.
