If ever a house was aptly named, it's Casa
Playa - a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom beach house in Playa del Carmen.
In case you didn't know "playa" in Spanish means "beach'.
And with Casa Playa you get the beach, the whole beach, and nothing
but the beach. So if you love the beach and privacy then Casa Playa
is the home for you. To the left of Casa Playa, to the right of
Casa Playa,and in front of Casa Playa all you have is beach. No
neighbors on either side. Just beach. What's more, the road leading
to the house is a dead end. And since in Playacar 1 there is no
through traffic, you get a double dose of privacy.
This lovely 3 BR/ 3 BA beachfront rental villa
in the Playacar community of Playa del Carmen features a spacious
living area with plenty of room for a family. The covered terrace
and provides an ideal place to relax and enjoy the view of the
Caribbean. If you want to take a break from the dramatic Caribbean
vistas and ocean breezes you can dine al fresco in the very private
garden courtyard.
From the spacious living room/dining room and
kitchen you can enjoy an awesome view of the sea.
The master bedroom has a queen sized bed. And
offers spectacular sea views. So does the second bedroom Even
the third bedroom has a sea view, though not the panoramic vistas
of the first 2 bedrooms.
Each of the other 2 bedrooms has 2 twin beds.
The master bedroom opens onto the main sea front terrace. The
second bedroom has its own private sea front terrace. For an additional
$25 per day charge, a cot can be brought in for 1 extra guest.
The house sleeps a maximum of 7 guests including children.
