This spacious three bedroom, four bath private
home is the next house to Casa Macaw
and can be rented with it to accommodate large groups. It is newly
decorated and furnished with traditional Mexican furniture and bright
Caribbean colors. It is a three minute walk past Mayan ruins to
town, the ferry to Cozumel, and beautiful beaches, while located
in a quiet gated community. It overlooks the Aviary, and abuts the
golf course. Tennis courts are across the way and the large pool
and club house area is three houses away. Casa Guacamaya is shady,
cool, and has a built-in bar in the sunken living room. Open the
French doors to a large patio for outdoor dining and lounging. A
half bath is on the first floor, with a laundry room off a fully
equipped kitchen. Three bedrooms with private baths (tubs with showers)
are on the 2nd floor separated by an open lobby. Two bedrooms rooms
have king-sized beds, the other has two twin beds. Maid service
is provided three times a week, and an American property manager
is there to help with any details.
Swim in the large community pool, play tennis
just outside your front door, or stroll through the aviary. Since
most of the homes are owned by people who live and work here,
during the daytime you'll have the large pool and the tennis court
pretty much to yourself. Then, go to the beach!
