Casa del Sol Naciente, the house of the
rising sun, is a 3 BR/ 3 BA beach home in the exclusive Playacar
1 community of Playa del Carmen. It is located next door to Stavola's
Villa #1 and Stavola's Villa
#2 and caddy corner to Casa Walton.
So large groups can be accommodated. Right on the beach, It offers
an unlimited and unobstructed view of the sea with an unobstructed
view of the Caribbean Sunrise and is situated on a white sandy beach.
The interior is furnished with furniture hand
carved exactly in the style and methods of 18th century European
craftsmen. The author of this page fell asleep and slept the whole
night through on one of these couches. So he can testify that
the upholstery on these sofas is very comfortable and beautifully
done The interior walls have hand painted scenes with Caribbean
themes so you can feel like you are in paradise whether you are
inside and out. (Check out the photo of the entranceway or of
the living room to see what we mean).
All bedrooms are air-conditioned. The master
bedroom has a king-sized bed. The second bedroom has queen-sized
bed. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds. The house offers satellite
TV and a VCR.
This lovely home sleeps 6. For an extra charge
of $25 per night a cot can be brought in for a 7th guest.
