How to get there

The easiest way to get to Playa del Carmen is to fly directly into Cancun. Virtually every major metropolitan center in the Western world offers flight to Cancun. Playa del Carmen is only about 1 hours from the Cancun airport.

Once you have arrived at the Cancun airport there are 3 ways of getting from the airport to Playa del Carmen:

Cab - Cabs are waiting at the airport terminal and you can take one to Playa del Carmen.

Shuttle - This we have to arrange in advance. A vehicle of the size appropriate for you group will pick you up at the airport and on the day you leave your home, will return you to the airport.

Rental Car - You can pick up a vehicle at the airport and drive it to Playa del Carmen. Getting to Playa del Carmen is easy. There's only one highway and its well marked. But once you get to Playa del Carmen are there it can be a bit tricky to navigate your way to the home or the management offices because many of the streets are one way. Don't worry about that though. We've gotten lots of visitors to their homes and haven't lost one yet.
